The grounds are beautiful. I roamed around them often. The pools were excellent. I especially liked the lagoon with soft sand and an infinity wall. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was even a daily visit from a hawk, which scared off the crows.
Our room needed modernizing. The TV was old, and there were not many power points. I found the breakfast disappointing. The bread was like plastic, and it was not nice!!!

The staff greeted me by name upon arrival creating a personal atmosphere. My room was super clean with a plush king size bed. The Amara Spa was a highlight with serene treatment rooms that promoted ultimate relaxation.
The gym, though adequate, felt a bit cramped during peak hours as there was limited space between equipment.

The staff provided friendly service. Breakfast included diverse and delicious options. The hotel grounds included separate areas for families. I also appreciated the fitness center that had a cardio space and a strength training area.
The reception staff ordered a cab, but I had to wait. The staff later told me to order a taxi myself. I ended up in a smaller vehicle and paid significantly more than expected. I did not expect this from such a classy hotel.

The grounds are quite large. several swimming pools are available . The lagoon pool includes soft sand, though the water was slightly cooler than the air! the breakfast buffet had many options, though i mostly enjoyed the custom omelets from the chefs.

I was given a room that had a marina view and I found it fine. The atmosphere was peaceful and reminded me of a hidden paradise. The hotel has elegant design and very nice amenities. The room service was timely and the housekeeping team were attentive.
The alarm clock in my room seemed a bit old fashioned and was missing modern USB charging ports.

The pools are excellent with the Twiggy lagoon as a highlight, providing ample space for relaxation. Sports facilities are incredible with options like paddle, golf, and a gym available for guest use. There is also a nearby beach and a golf course.

The front office team, including Bhawani, Karim, and Muhammad, ensured I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The concierge team led by Patrick was always prompt in attending to my requests. Staff members Siham and Abhilasha made me feel very comfortable.
